Hotel Mayur Mathura

Decent stay with reasonably priced rooms. We had booked the room online. We were 3 ppl and came at night around 1 am. They ensured to provide clean room on time with an additional mattress. Staff is helpful and will give you genuine information about the places. The auto fare was 100rs with luggage from Mathura station.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Mayur and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The room was immaculate and spacious. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. But what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional service from the entire team, from the front desk to the concierge and housekeeping. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and made us feel like royalty. Overall, I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. We can't wait to come back and experience it all again! 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give it 10 stars if I could!

Rooms are not up to the mark as per pricing, Cleanliness needs attention. The location is convenient. The boy who carried my luggage has damaged its wheel. Instead of carrying it with a lift he took it down the stairs. I recommend who is going to stay here kindly ensure these things.

Rooms are okay okay, those were spacious but had a very foul smell. Location is not good , it's difficult to find autos on a good fare. Rest services are okay.

Everything is fine, location is also near the railway junction but I don't understand why they want cash payment like they won't accept any online payment

Recently I stayed in hotel mayur with my family of 7 members .It was quite comfortable stay but staffs were not that gud n d service not up to the mark .we booked a tavel agent through the same hotel by NAME BALAJI CABS for 5 days .Those cab drivers were not clean n disrespect the pilgrims.They even try to fool the travellers n dey charges more n more money.Please avoid booking cabs from BALAJI CABS.Rest all went well

The hotel is near to railway station which makes it convenient for travel.The rooms are clean and well maintained and the staffs are friendly. Nice experience

Rooms were nothing out of the ordinary. Just good enough for a decent stay. Staff was incompetent and unwelcoming. Location was quite decent and you had access to a lot of different places
