Not good also not very bad. Staff are good they are not accepting credit card payment. If you have only credit card option they are asking extra 12% GST on bill amount

Location is a bit far from the station. The staff service and hotel management are good. Overall, a good place to stay.

Great hotel but if you are on vacation and just want to rest for a night then please think again - I will tell you why-- Advantages - 1) Room quality is excellent. 2) Service is also good. 3) Cleaning is good 4) Staff is supportive Disadvantage - 1) Too much distance from the main city and from the railway station. 2) This hotel is associated with the family function hall and hence definitely you are gonna get disturbed if there is a function. 3) I have seen some communication gaps between the staff.

This Hotel is very close to the Mathura railway station. Polite staff , good service and clean rooms. Overall I had a really good experience here.

I had a pleasant stay in the hotel for one day and two nights. The room was clean and spacious. Exterior of the hotel looked superb. The staff was decent. Now the small things which they should work upon are 1. They gave only soap in toileterie. Most of the hotels even the 3 stars one give toothbrush +paste+shampoo. These are like basics which in my opinion should have been given. 2. There was a kettle and two glasses but it would have been better if two water bottles were provided too. Again, it's common to provide one or two tea and milk sachets for the tea. 3. Please do provide complimentary breakfast even if you put two items on the menu These were some basic things which a tourist expect. But overall I had a peaceful time there. I would definitely recommend it to fellow passengers or pilgrims.

I have booked this hotel in advance received confirmation, when i arrived the room 101was getting cleaned at 9pm. Seems the second room was already cleaned. At 10.30 pm, the room no. 102 lights weren't working they suggested use the next room to go to the toilet. I was fuming how could they suggest this. The staff on duty tried to fix the lights. When I was getting into bed, the bed was dirty and smelled. They offered us the same bedding used by pervious customers, I would strongly recommend that do not book this hotel for stay. The reviews may be written by family and friends. I am not Indian residence so have no interest giving a bad reviews. Very bad experience.

Cooperative staffs, excellent food quality and quantity, polite nature of all, excellent gym, lift facility. We two ladies went. It was so nice and safe stay. Owner sent car to station to pick up and everytime we needed. 24 hours. A. C. All over it was memorable. We will recommend.
