Hotel Madhavam

We stayed here for the night as we had a train to take the next morning. This was extremely convenient as it was very close to the station. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. We wanted light food and they customised it for us. The spring roll was very good.

Service: Prompt response, Manishji coordinated well Location: well connected and placed Room: very small and felt congested; mattress was real bad - had severe backpain in 2 days time Food: breakfast was good even if very limited option; rest food tasted good but some of them not fresh. Had stomach upset. Especially dinner. Where I felt they used lunch menu items (mix veg and panner butter masala)- even if we ordered paneer kadhai at night, got paneer butter masala instead instantly.. and mix veg felt 'not fresh' Toiletries: for two nights, just 2 small soaps. The other toiletries, even if minimal rate helps customer and not make it seem miserly. Add an extra 30-50 to rates but provide those.

Google reviews are absolutely false for this property. Worst hospitality you will ever see, they have put staff working in charity dharamshala in the hotel. I booked the property for 5 people with breakfast and extra bedding charges already paid, when I asked them to put extra mattress they asked for money without checking then for breakfast they didn't have avy buffet they just told there are 4 items which you can take and asked to take 1 item only person.... Literally 2 idlies for breakfast very bad and rude behaviour. The rooms are really small only space for 1 double bed post that it's hard to walk in the room. There are tripple occupancy room which are supposed to be double occupancy. No parking available

untrustworthy management I have been cheated during my stay at hotel madhavam. I had booked room for three days but after two days they shifted me room another place. I literally could not take sleet. dirty cloth broken toilet. I shall advice people not to stay that hotel
