Hotel Basant Sarovar

Rooms very spacious, but the quality you expect for a price was absent. Walls had dirty patches, but bathroom was really clean. Mattress was normal hard one, not the spring one. They didn't have buffet for breakfast they provided breakfast in room, there were 3 items but taste and quantity was good enough. We also tried their North Indian and it was really good. They even have their own parking space.

Good hotel. Less than a year old - rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The manager - Mr Tiwari is a very friendly and soft spoken person. Very helpful and has inputs on everything that you ask him about. We stayed there for 4 nights and got good rates as we booked directly with the hotel. Location of the hotel is also good and nearby (<2Kms) to Mathura Railway station. You get electric rickshaws easily from outside the hotel for your visit to the temples of Mathura. Overall a good experience staying at the hotel. Recommended!

The room was okay, was not maintained even when this hotel in new, bedsheets were torn . The person at reception was very rude and felt like insulting the customers. The kitchen has no tandoori items and doesn't have buffet as well. We ordered food from swiggy which they allowed. Not a good experience for the price paid.

I had an amazing experience staying at Basant Sarovar. The hotel's decor and ambiance are wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The service is excellent, and the staff is always ready to help. Overall, this is a fantastic place where you can thoroughly enjoy your vacation. I would love to come back here again.

We were family of 3 people Rooms are very Spacious and staff is extremely courteous. Would love to stay here again for my next visit to mathura Close to railway station and Holi gate . Over all very satisfying experience Thank you Basant Sarovar hotel for making our stay comfortable

I recently stayed at Hotel Basant Sarovar, Mathura due to its convenient proximity to the railway station. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room service was extremely disappointing. It took nearly 1.5 hours for breakfast to be delivered, which was even not served hot. Additionally, the room itself was poorly maintained: TV remote was not functioning, and there were no bed lights available. Furthermore, I was surprised to find that the hotel does not offer a buffet option, which is a basic expectation for any hotel of this caliber. Given these issues, I'm not recommending Hotel Basant Sarovar to others at least in this price range.

A very good hotel in mathura. Friendly and polite staff, rate per night is also reasonable. We didn't get hot water in the bathroom due to some issues however the hotel staff madr sure that it was fixed ASAP. There is also room service for food but no restaurant as such. Food is prepared in the kitchen and served ONLY IN THE ROOMS. Also, the choice of food is limited. Other than this, a very decent hotel.
