Brijwasi Centrum

Hotel is good to stay, we stayed for 4 days. - washroom are clean. - proper cooling, rooms are in big size. - TV, water bottle and clean towels. Likes - location near by station, food court downstairs with sattvik food and rates are economical. - on our request hotel arranged 2 days of taxi for us..(Agra, barsana, Govardhan etc). Dislikes (not for hotel) Vrindavan is 30 minutes far and maximum temples, visit places are in Vrindavan. In mathura only 3 spots are there...

On 27-Apr-2025, we purchased 5 kg of sweets from your store. We requested one additional carry bag to conveniently pack all the sweets together. However, the staff informed us that we would need the manager's permission for an extra bag. When we approached the manager with this simple request, he behaved very rudely and misbehaved with us. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We expected courteous and helpful service, especially after making a significant purchase. Mathura is city of Lord Krishna which is famous for multiple things including Peda's & other food items.... I just want to say no one can beat taste of Brijwasi Peda... Also tasted stick Kesar Kulfi which was again awesome... Must try for all ages...

The sweets here are absolutely delicious, making it a paradise for sweet lovers. Each item has a perfect balance of flavors and freshness. Very huge hotel and restaurant situated near New Bus Stand. All good items served here are very tasty and particularly world famous Mathura pedd'aa and Angoori petthaa are having very distinct taste . In toto , this is the place/restaurent where you can derive full satisfaction . A must place to visit when one is in Mathura Vrindavan.

For dinner we ordered Noodles & Chole Bhatture. We received cold Chole Bhatture and very salty Noodles. When we complained receptionist came and said that you have used so we can't change. Without tasting how can we say about the food they have given. Is this the way they behave with their customers? Other hotels give better benefits than this Hotel. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I should give zero reviews.

Very bad experience.Staff behave pathetic,rudely and we have ordered total 6 different items out of that every dishes not served properly where in Puri Bhaji taste have accessible asafoetida and in masala Dosa dosa not freshly prepared aprat from that in cold coffee they didn't served as per their benchmark quantity. We kindly strongly suggest all do not waste your money.
