We had a lovely stay at the Yogi Villa. It was a very home-like feel while our stay. The amenities provided added an extra layer of indulgence to our stay. I must commend the host and the staff for their services. From the warm welcome to their prompt response to any inquiries, their hospitality truly made our stay memorable.

We had a horrible experience during our stay. We arrived at 10 PM, and although the initial impression of the rooms was positive in terms of cleanliness, we encountered a few issues. Firstly, there was a persistent smell of cooking until almost midnight. Additionally, we noticed the absence of a mug in the washroom and a missing steel mesh from the drain pipe. Furthermore, there was an unwelcome presence of a mouse in the room. Despite our efforts to remove it, the mouse continued to disturb us throughout the night, attempting to enter the room by making noise and scratching at the door. The toilet commode spray was also lacking water, and the Mayur/water jug provided in the room contained dirty drinking water. The quality of the mattress and bed was poor, with constant noise when changing sides. Being located opposite the railway station, the train horn noise was disruptive throughout the night. Moreover, the considerable gaps between the door and window frames made it difficult to block out external sounds. We share this feedback with the hope that it can contribute to improvements for future guests.

This was an amazing experience, the staff was readily available, extremely helpful and very courteous during my stay! I was incredibly impressed with the availability of the owners who readily answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend staying here! The villa was very neatly presented and extremely clean. All amenities were extremely accessible and everything I needed was provided from the beginning of my stay. My favorite part however, was the location of the house as all the basic necessities were close by and I didn't need to travel very far for anything.

First and foremost, the host's behavior was completely unacceptable. They were rude, unresponsive, and unhelpful throughout my stay. It felt as if they had no interest in ensuring their guests had a pleasant experience. The condition of the room was also subpar. It was not as described in the listing. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with visible dirt and dust in various areas. The furnishings were worn and outdated, and the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. Moreover, the amenities promised in the listing were either missing or in poor condition. For instance, the Wi-Fi barely worked, and basic essentials like towels and toiletries were insufficient. I had high expectations when booking this property, but it fell far short of those expectations due to the host's behavior and the poor room condition. I would strongly advise against staying here, as it was a regrettable and unpleasant experience.

However, one week before our planned trip, I decided to check Airbnb to make sure everything was in order. To my shock and disappointment, I found that the rooms I had booked were suddenly available for other guests, and the host had allocated us to an entirely different property. I had clearly communicated my preferences and expectations, including the specific property I wanted, during the booking process. I even had voice recordings and other evidence that clearly showed how irresponsible the host had been in managing our reservation. This experience truly ruined our trip, as we had planned and looked forward to staying in that particular property. It's incredibly frustrating when you trust a host with your accommodation, only to have them disregard your booking and allocate you elsewhere. This level of unprofessionalism and irresponsibility on the part of the host is unacceptable and has left me thoroughly disappointed with my Airbnb experience. as such incidents can greatly affect the overall experience of travelers.
