TR'S Edifice - Best hotel in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

Pathetic room and washroom cleanliness. Issues with air conditioner and services.With such prominent location offering awful experience

Everything seem good at the lodge. All the rooms were clean and well lit, all the electronics worked fine... restrooms were also clean and tidy,so a prebook here would ensure all the above. Also the place will be suitable for small parties as it has a really good party hall which would suit all your birthday parties and other small functions.

I had a very comfortable and homely stay. If you're planning a visit to Lucknow and want a delightful and memorable experience, TR's Edifice is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Rooms are very spacious, well maintained, but house keeping is average, no toiletries, car parking is available, staffs are good and well behaved. Good place to stay.

Two and a half star. Its more like a marriage banquet having rooms for guests rather than what its names suggest "luxury guest house" There is nothing in guest house for the term used Luxury. Parking is only for just 02 SUV's or 02 Sedan and 01 hatchback. Reception is in a separate room, its more like an office. Staff behaviour is polite. Rooms are spacious, but pesticides need to be done. Bedsheets should be changed promptly, but we needed to ask them for change of Bedsheet. Washroom was the worst part, no towels, soaps, tooth paste provided. Water supply was also not available. When asked, they said water tank is empty and then they switch on Motor. Toilet seats were dirty, floor was dirty. No telephone and no electric kettle was in room. Food was ok-ok, but room service is very slow. When asked, waiter said that kitchen is on 3rd floor and it takes time. No lift available.

Best rooms for the price. You get a big room, big bathroom and an excellent location for less than 1500. The staff was polite and helpful.

Overall ratings are very good for services that they offer but Im giving 4 star because of the high price of foods and edibles here they offer, my suggestion for them is to think again on the menu and the price because I stayed for 4 days here and I ordered everything from Swiggy and Zomato.

Horribly poor, no handwash , no sanitizer, no soap no shampoo no toothpaste basically zero toiletries. Additionally the staff has access to your rooms.. 4 rooms with lobby so they can anytime access lobby. Pathetic service and cunning arrogant staff.
