All over experience was good in came here last month for Marriage party and I also book several rooms services and was very good staff was very cooperative and very humble there was a staff named vipendra,he is a very responsible and cooperative person a part from this all the staffs were incredible friendly and helpful, Who show their wellingness to assist guest with their needs

Lilli Villas Hotel is a nice place to stay. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. It's in a quiet place and nit on bang main road where overnight bus or truck honking goes on. Hotel staff are courteous.

Do not get carried away by 4 stars ( most of them are from Staff). This place is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Let me break it down per service: Rooms: Oh no! They smell pathetic - everything is broken - washrooms, TV, no hot water, kettle, amenities, cleaning, mosquitos... list goes On. Services: this is the real deal breaker - the number of reminders you will have to give to housekeeping will challenge your patience. Location: Positive about the hotel is its location and proximity. Food: Food tastes good but the delayed service trumps down the overall experience. Average wait is 45-70 mins

This is the worst banquet in lucknow. Mismanagement is all you can see here. I booked this hotel for my engagement and they spoiled everything. 1. First of all there was no person from the management present at the time of event and we had to manage each n everything on our own. 2. The food that was served to the guest was cold and the taste was also not up to the mark. 3. Coming up to the rooms, they were pathetic, no cleanliness and basic amenities like water cattle and glasses were present. After reminding the housekeeping a million times still no action was taken. 4. And the Decoration was also not upto the mark. 5. All the guests were disappointed with the services and the behavior of staff. As whatever was promised didn't met the expectations. The only thing in which they are active is asking for the payment in advance. We just got our money wasted here.

Hotel infra is fine arrangments are good means Hotal owner spent everything whatever they can but service staff and whole management is worst breakfast lanch and dinner food quality was not as per standarded. I am sure i will never visit again to this Hotel.

I am giving 1 star to this because there is no option for zero. The worst banquet in lucknow. The most unprofessional and very bad at their services. Firstly, they persuade clients with their all services under on roof kind of service. Unfortunately we believed in them. We booked their venue with photography and makeup studio service for one function. All of the services are equally bad, worst horrible experience. They showed their proactiveness only in collecting advance payment for all services. They took all payment in advance, a week beforehand. Post that their all contact persons are either on leave or resigned. Then they made us run after them for everything to be done. Lastly, his owner is all of the above, they took money to provide a extra food counter, but they didn't provide at the day of event, and after we asked for refund they refuse. Never ever trust on them.
