WOW!!! Seriously WOW! From the booking to the party, everything was amazing. The wedding was bright and beautiful. I got so many compliments on how nice it was decorated. But the food stole the show! It was truly incredible! I had a vision and you took that vision to reality. I really am so appreciative of the team and how they were able to exceed everything I wanted. The compliments on the decor were all night long. It was bright and super fun!! Thank you again for everything!! You are truly fabulous to work with!! Thank you again.

Absolutely Stunning Venue for Weddings! If you're looking for a spacious and elegant wedding venue in Lucknow, this place is simply perfect. The moment you step in, you'll be impressed by the grandeur and the well-maintained facilities. *Extremely disappointing experience - would rate 0 stars if I could.* This place is a complete mess in terms of management and hygiene. There is absolutely no sense of organization or professionalism. The resort is poorly maintained -- dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and unhygienic surroundings overall. It's clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. The staff is either unavailable or completely untrained. Most of the time, they were unresponsive or indifferent to any requests or complaints. It felt like no one was in charge, and no one cared. We faced constant delays in basic services, and there was no accountability whatsoever. For a place that claims to be a resort, the experience was far below even the most basic hospitality standards. I would strongly advise others to avoid Bundigarh Resort. Save your time, money, and peace .!!

I am pleased to inform you that I had a wonderful stay in Bundigarh resort on my cousin wedding. Specially wish to mention Mr Mahesh who was available there on a single phone call and he helped me to find my lost wallet in resort. Thank You!

Worst place to be booked for any function. Worst management, zero security, worst service, worst food. Staff like Aman, Ritu all are very rude and non cooperative. At the time of booking they will appear sweet at the time of delivering service they won't even pick your calls. Even thefts are major problem here. During our marriage ceremony from the main stage someone came and stole purse with cash and jewellery. No security proper management and staff to stop these things. Never book this place if you don't want to ruin your function and day.

I know we've talked about this already, but I wanted to reach out again and say THANK YOU for everything! We are so, so grateful for all that you guys did to help us have the dreamiest, most perfect wedding day. All the the positive reviews on google about this place seems to be Fake. The management agency(Arsim International, RA Agency) is so full of themselves, that you will understand what is the actual meaning of ego. No doubt, the decor and rooms are nice but the food was just below average, it was almost inedible. The noodles were undercooked, manchurian was bland and the drinks feel like salt water. The owner of this place should really check to whom they are leasing out the place, one more thing at the time of booking they will be help you with Everything and once the things will not go as you thing 1.Security Issues will be there they take it very lightly and No one takes the Responsibility 2.If You want to take any follow-up with the Management of the Resort during any occasion or any party they will not update you properly . 3.2 Days back there was marriage ceremony of my Sister and they have reuined it as they don't give any proper answer and they call their senior for everything 4.Poor Staff Management

Most pathetic resort, ever! Please do NOT go by the 5 star reviews here, they are all brought. Going by those and visiting the resort, I got my sister wedded from here and It was very very disappointing. 1. No one tells you about their lack of management. Even when we paid, there was no wi-fi available in rooms for guests. The mosquitoes at night, both in the open resort and your rooms will eat you, literally. 2. They provide all out in each room, but that's filled with water. No smell of all out and thus, ineffective. 3. The breakfast buffet is the worst you can get anywhere. Completely cold food and idlis were so hard, you can hurt someone from that. 4. One key card has the capability to open all and any room and thus, no safety/security. 5. Worst of all, the mandap where feras and pooja was happening on the wedding night, it fell on all guests. There was a sandstorm which wasn't predicted and the mandap just fell, harming and injuring several guests. 6. There was no landline in the room and we were literally asked to call a phone number for any service, which mostly was unfruitful. Extreme mismanagement, lack of hygiene, no services! PLEASE, Do Not book this resort for any of your functions. They will loot you, not negotiate on any front and then mismanage like worst! There are much better places in Lucknow.
