Great location super hospitality as always. My three-night experience was comfortable, with well-maintained rooms and courteous staff. The dinner was good, featuring a variety of flavorful dishes. Breakfast, as always, was satisfying with a great spread. The ambiance is elegant, and the service is prompt. The hotel's location in Gomti Nagar is convenient, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, a highly recommended stay for those seeking luxury and comfort in Lucknow. Would definitely visit again!

Had an excellent stay for a couple of nights. The hotel and the rooms are top notch. The staff specially is what stands out, very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was sumptuous and lovely. The swimming pool and all other facilities were very good.

Very efficient, helpful and cheerful staff at front desk, housekeeping and Restaurant. Food is outstanding, specially the salads and desserts. Swimming pool has excellent ambience and facilities with high growth plants and shrubs. Hotel is located in a posh locality and surrounded with shops and parks where one can go for shopping and morning walks.

1. Poor water drainage in shower as water collects next to drainage.||2. Floor slope not correct. Water from shower flowing towards the WC||3. Pathetic low quality shaving gel. Smelt like swewage water||4. No soap dish for hand soap.||5. Shower door not closing fully.||6. Motorised curtain above sink was full or dirt and stains.||7. At breakfast time, manager in brown suit was picking dry fruits with his hands.||8. Manager is Blue suit don't give way to guests and keep standing in front of counter with hands in their pocket.||9. Heinz sauce cap was smothered with old dry left over sauce. Disgusting.||10. Service was very good by abhishek at bar, Nitish & Sairi at breakfast. Good omelette by chef ishmit. ||11. Lobby design was very ordinary and dull.||12. Doesn't deserve the 'Regency' tag

Well appointed modern rooms, superb buffet breakfasts, a gourmet Chinese restaurant, relaxing & spacious Spa and personalised service, all make for a wonderful holiday here!||Loved the tasty banana pancake made by Chef Sanjay and the Ragi Poha in Desi Ghee cooked by Soni, served smilingly by Harshit.||Chef Ujjawal's asian pepper sauce and mango & chia seed dessert was out of the world at China House!||The swimming pool has a great ambience with palm trees and crisp, clear water. I enjoyed it twice a day!

Staff were helpful and courteous. Rabina Shayari and all others were very sweet. Best wishes to all! There was a cricket match so the team was very busy and our room took some time to vacate but finally we got it! The front desk needs little||More experienced staff to guide guests.

Room comfortable, neat and clean . Hotel is good. Reception staff not really courteous, mostly untrained boys with no experience of hospitality industry, breakfast is ok, though can be improved with better quality of food, same with dinner, many items are not at right temperature in hot food section though Restaurant staff is good and helpful.
