Hotel Royal Inn

The rooms are not cleaned as well. The staff of this hotel do not have good behaviour. We booked the room for from 7.30 am to 2.00 am. At 9.00 am we go out for our work and returned at 1.00pm.Immediately after returning the manager said to checkout the room then we said that this is not the way. We have initially informed you that we check out at 2.00 pm.

Very bad experience. We had booked this hotel for our baraat. Rooms and washrooms were not clean. Some rooms did not have geysers working. Dampness was there in top floor rooms and bathrooms. Room Service was pathetic. One of the rooms had basin pipe missing. Receptionist could not be found at reception.

This place is not even worth negative stars. Totally shady place. Let me start listing-- -> Rooms not dusted and sweeped before handing over. Even the cupboards and bed side table has a layer of dust on it. -> Stained bedsheets, blankets, dirty pillow covers. -> No geyser ( that's acceptable.). -> TV does not work. Excuse : Monkey damaged the dish antenna. -> Rat roaming inside room. -> Hotel staff treats you like they are doing a favour to you by letting you stay in their place. -> A stench in room whenever you enter, god knows what. -> Bed headrest totally dirty. -> Bathroom dirty. Drain has dirt and hairballs accumulated. Bathroom sink pipe broken. When you complain, they are reluctant, don't listen to you. They showed another room. It was also dusty and stained. Had a strong awful stench inside it.

Worst experience ever, ..never ever opt for this place for any purposes.. Though we were adults ..had submitted the id.and there was a sudden enquiry by the local police.. it seemed as if they had a patch up with local police so that both parties can arrange some bribes. Irresponsible staff,now proper hygiene,and no proper allotment of room,and the free breakfast was not served,staff didn't seem quite matured.,no privacy ,there was hell a lot of noise, oyo should think of eliminating such hotels who are ruining the actual ambiance of it.

Fraud hotel. Booked through oyo but they asked for payment directly saying that oyo charges a lot of commission. Second, they said ac is not functional but will be fixed in an hour but wasnt till evening. Also there was no power backup and had to stay without light for two hours. Forcibly had to leave by eve and booked another hotel. Never book this hotel guys....

In hotel there is best rooms available and the rooms are very cleaned and all the necessary things are available in rooms : and I suggest that this is best hotel for stay in gomti nagar and whole area

Room service of hotel is so poor, room service iz zero, no courtesy towards customers. Dirty rooms, dirty bathroom, dirty bed sheets, pillows, chef was not present in hotel you have to arrange it by your self, lack of staff. Bad experience.

One of the best hotel in the price range between 8-10k. Staff are trained. Great service. Never pay online otherwise you will face issue in check in. Rooms are clean. Averything is working. Best for couples.
