Hotel O Pratham Inn Near Gomti Riverfront Park

Rooms are not cleaned. Small insects are roaming here and there. They should look for professionalism and cooperative behaviour

I booked the room and called to confirm the booking but no one picked up the call when I am not able to fund the location Then called again boot no one picked up even after continuous call and room was very dirty also light back up was not properly

Not good experience

To summarise my experience it was pathetic . Nothing was good about this property .

OYO showing 909 amount for one room and. I booked but hotel manager denied to give room on this price

They offer me room apart from oyo booking ask us to cancel and give us room ,dirty rooms dirty washrooms

Initially we faced some problems during entry time but after that they provide us very good service
