Overall good service , cozy place to stay good cooling and spacious room it was. Even the bathrooms were clean and sanitized withgood quality products as well as bedsheets and towels . Kettle well functioning. Also we are enjoying veg food overall a very great experience is what I had would highly recommend staying here again

We needed to catch an early train to Haridwar on February 25th, 2025, so we stayed at Hotel Nexus because it was near the Lucknow train station. The hotel is in a very busy, crowded part of the city. To take the elevator, you have to go up to the first floor because it doesn't stop on the ground floor. The reception desk is also on the first floor since the ground floor only has stairs and a guard's room. The staff at the front desk were friendly, and room attendant helped us to our room. The room was clean and big, with comfortable beds. We had booked a triple bed room, and they provided it. The air conditioning worked, but it was a little loud. We had a coffee maker, bottled water, clean towels, and toiletries in the room. Our room attendant was very helpful. The bathroom was nice, but the English Water Closet was too close to the wall, which was a bit awkward. The hotel staff were very friendly and helped us arrange early morning transportation to the train station. The hallways, elevator, and other areas of the hotel were well-kept. The street outside the hotel was dirty, crowded, and narrow, making it hard to park and get out with your bags. Overall, it was a good, comfortable stay, especially considering the reasonable cost.

Had a really good experience with Hotel Nexus. I had booked rooms with breakfast included, but because of an emergency, I had to check out earlier than expected. They were kind enough to arrange evening snacks for me instead, which was very thoughtful. Also, they have a decent veg menu available if you're looking for simple vegetarian options. An average hotel with very nice staff and Reception guys. Little overpriced as compared to its rooms. Rooms are compact, and cleanliness is an issue here. 1) The Washroom was not clean and had a bad smell. 2) Food was average, and food utensils were not clean. 3) Room cleanliness was not up to the mark as well. 4) They provide a bathroom kit here. 5) Lift facility is good here.
