Hotel Moon Palace

Very poor service from staff. Initially I booked it online but hotel manager denied my booking saying the r not accepting the online bookings, then I had to book it offline. Geyser was not working. Staff responds very slow First they will tell breakfast is complimentary then they will charge extra I have never seen such a hotel with very much low service. I am giving 1 star only for spacious room

FOREIGN GUESTS *DO NOT STAY HERE* Perhaps the most unhelpful, rude and downright disgraceful establishment that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Booked a room through a well known booking company and arrived at the property to be told that they did not accept foreign guests. This was despite the fact it says nothing of this on any of the booking websites. Consequently they then said that they could not accept me as a guest as they were sold out, even though there were websites available both through OYO and other booking websites. This establishment lies and completely disrespects their customers and takes people for idiots.

Your service is too good.They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

It's a wonderful hotel, Couple friendly, The hotel accepts local ids as well. This hotel let you do everything which is legal. I mean smoking and drinking is allowed within your room. Room service is great, Their veg and non veg thali is cheap and tasty . Only negative point of the hotel is non working intercom telephone sets. Otherwise ACs work fine, Bathrooms are clean Rooms are clean. Staff behaviour is good. If you ask for something from outside they would bring it to you and don't force you to give them the tip. Hotel is good and safe. Parking facility is available. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, who is looking for a cheap and budget friendly hotel.

Very bad experience. If you want a hotel room in Lucknow you have to follow local rule and regulations that is reach earlier to hotel room otherwise they give your booked room to other ones.and the hotel staff is not supporting never book this hotel online by Oyo.
