I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Kempinski Kasa, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, with every comfort thoughtfully provided. The staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect--close to key attractions and well-connected. The food was delicious with a variety of options, especially the breakfast buffet. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay

Hotel situated at Road side which is well connected to the main city. Rooms were okay but the service was not up to the mark. In Buffet Breakfast only 3 items were served which were not properly cooked. The behaviour of one of the staff from restaurant Mr Ashish was not suitable for hospitality industry. The restaurant also unhygienic, staff talking very loudly and non courteous. Staff at Reception were corporative and courteous and also fulfilled their promises inspite of taking full payment in Advance for Three Days.

Very cheap but dangerous hotel. I had booked for a week's stay in advance and I was shown a cheap room with no functional TV, Intercom or Geycer. On complaining they changed me to a different room somewhat better. With two days still to go in my week's booking, paid in advance, they had entered my room, took all my stuff and packed me out haphazardly without even informing me as I was away on business meetings. They simply threw me out to a different cheaper hotel because they needed all the rooms for a marriage happening in the hotel. In the process, some cash and some of my valuables were missing that are yet to be returned, though promised. THINK TWICE BEFORE STAYING IN THIS HOTEL AS ITS UNSAFE AND DANGEROUS.

The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. Absolutely liked everything about this hotel and a special thanks to Miss. Deepika She's such a humble person. Will recommend others for sure!

large comfortable room with everything needed and no mozzies. Hot shower from overhead shower a luxury. Very helpful staff at reception and throughout providing advice and checking my train timing for me. Wifi coming and going however.

I recently stayed at Saubhagya Inn and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and eager to assist with any needs. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I especially loved the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, a coffee maker, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The hotel's location was perfect--close to major attractions yet tucked away in a quiet area for a peaceful retreat. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast spread was both varied and high-quality. The facilities were top-notch as well, with a well-maintained pool, a fully-equipped gym, and a relaxing spa. I appreciated how clean and organized everything was throughout my stay. Overall, Saubhagya Inn exceeded my expectations in every way. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable.

Fabulous food. Great service. The staff have a great way of making you feel special I wish I could give this place more stars . The Kempinski kasa de tortoise is amazing . I booked kempinski for my lucknow trip with my family including a 2 year old toddler. I booked one suite room and double deluxe room via booking.com. My booking was confirmed and 4 to 5 days before my arrival i confirmed my booking over phone . A lady named Deepika confirmed my bookings accordingly and told me rooms will be ready on my arrival. Even after this confirmation i called them again and whattsapp ed them my bookings which again was confirmed. On the day of arrival i was told due to a misunderstanding one of my room was unavailable and that two of my family member will be shifted to another hotel which belongs to them. To my shock the other hotel was a shabby 2 star OYO room. After a dose they shifted us to another refurnished new room but in that 2 star itself for one night. I was told next day by 11 am my family will be shifted to kempinski. Well next they were shifted at 2.30noon. We were waiting and continuously asking for the room but the hotel management was of no help. Only big talks and excuses they had. Absolutely unethical unprofessionally runned Hotel. They call it a hotel but facilities are that of a shabby Lodge. Also the suite room that we paid for was more of a deluxe room. The power sockets come off if you plug in. No kettle unless you ask for it. No housekeeping at all. The geyser was spoilt hence no hot water during this cold month. After repeated requests they shifted us to another suite room whose basin had water logging problem. Also NO WIFI. I was told on 16th night that in ten minutes they will come and fix the wifi . Till date no one came. I even checkout and reached back to my hometown. Thats how they provide service. They take bookings but have zero service. Horrible hotel with horrible management. I will advice check on google map for better hotels and dont waste your money here. I am attaching the photo outside my SO CALLED SUITE ROOM. So unhygienic and smelly. All food plates lying for two days and no staff cleaning the mess, dustbin, bedsheets were lying around like some garbage space. Trust me my stay was so bad that it ruined our holiday moods overall. Pre payment was done so i stayed or else i wouldnt spend a minute here. DISGUSTING
