Hotel Hind Palace

*The room was a dump!* *The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful.* *The breakfast was inedible.* *The hotel was not worth the money.* *I would never stay at this hotel again.* *The hotel was a mess.* There is a hall in this hotel for functions below, when I stayed there, there was a wedding on that day, in the morning I got a call from the reception asking me to check out, I need a room, I had already made the payment, so I did not check out, then the staff did not behave well with me, I cannot tell the name of any staff member here, and water is continuously falling from the AC, there is no solution. A lot of changes need to be made in this hotel, like the shower is bad, the jet spray is leaking, the camo is leaking and water is falling from the AC, that too above the switch board, and the bed sheet and pillow are very bad

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Hind Palace. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The hotel's facade is modern and inviting, setting the tone for a luxurious stay. My room was spacious, and well maintained , offering all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the room was decent. The hotel's location is also ideal, close to key attractions but still quiet and peaceful. My only suggestion for improvement would be to address the dumpster across the street, as it slightly detracts from the otherwise beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, style, and top-notch service.

A budget friendly hotel especially for small function with stay. The food quality is very good.
