Hotel Elora

This was the most amazing experience I've had in a hotel, The staff is incredible. The property is located at Prime location and near to Hazratganj, Market and other famous eateries are just walking distance. Since the property is small but neat and clean.

It is 3.5 star property but 5 star service.I have stomach issues and can't eat certain food and when I mentioned to Rachit general manager and he said to me that they can make moong khichadi for me and they did serve food with pickle , onion salad and yogurt and that is 5 star service.We stayed last month in Hyatt in Lucknow and they don't look after their customers like this.It is nice place to stay 5 minutes walk and you can find McDonald and Pizza Hut 10 minutes walk.There are Marks and Spencer and other nice stores to shop probably 5 minutes walk and lovely park to go in evening with fountain and other famous places to visit near by in rickshaw probably take 15 minutes and cost around 150 rupees.Hotel have nice restaurants and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.Hot water for showers take long and wastewater too much .Bedding needs upgrading and towels,Beds very good.When we come next time in Lucknow we will stay here and I recommend to everyone.

Room was nice with hygiene at par. Staff friendliness is excellent with quick response however rooms was small but manageable if you are staying for a night rest you can request them for upgrading the room on complimentary basis. We couldn't not avail as we were there for a night only. Location is perfect for those who would like to explore the center of the city with shopping and fooding.

I have stayed in this hotel during the conference at Medical College, The Booking process was so smooth and got the best deal over the phone as we booked in advance . We reached early morning and room was provided without wait. Room was neat and clean and spacious too. Breakfast quality is ok . Hotel situated at center of the city..

Over experience is pretty good...right from room service to housekeeping is banquet to reception... everywhere neatness and professionalism are visible. Mr.Rachit General Manager and Deepak Front Gate welcoming staff are really caring for all your day 2 day needs. Rest people are also polite and friendly.. suggesting others to visit...

This hotel is recommend by one of my officer who stayed already stayed here. Though it's a small property but very beautifully decorated. Rooms are neat and clean with qualified staff. Food is also good and nearby also you have ample of options to explore.
