Excellent Stay at Classic Residency Hotel - Highly Recommended!||I recently stayed at Classic Residency Hotel in Mahanagar, Lucknow, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is easily accessible and located in a quiet, peaceful area, making it perfect for a relaxed stay.||We booked six rooms for our team and family and stayed for seven days. All the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, equipped with new AC, fridge, TV, cupboard, sitting chair, and table. The housekeeping service was excellent--rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff provided prompt room service whenever needed.||The hotel staff was exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful. They resolved any issues immediately, ensuring a hassle-free stay. This is a hotel without hospitality. Rooms are good however they are not maintain it properly. There is no restaurant in hotel they ordered from outside. We booked 2 rooms and stayed for 3 days and according to tariff it is not a good choice. On second floor there a small kitchen and you can have his noise till 12 o'clock night. If you are staying you can have noise of surrounding rooms and if you talk in normal tone in your room other can listen you. They providing one hand towels in between 2 person and one towels per person in 24 house if you request early they denied for the same.

Tarrif is bit high follow to the room size and the quality of breakfast i received during my stay.... Otherwise, it was great stay. Highly recommended to others... If budget not and issue... Tarrif range - 3k to 4k Per Night And it's couple friendly...

Dirty rooms: Cockroaches, filth left festering in the halls ways, sheet stained, every surface not wiped down, and bathroom floods every time you have a shower. Staff: were preparing food at the end of the hall way and sleeping in hallway at end of corridor. Was a real chore trying to get them to change the bed sheets. They were polite though. Location is fine.

Very Closeby to the Metro Station and the prime Gole Market area. The rooms are spacious and fully air conditioned. Staff is friendly. Keep it up.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. The rooms were dirty, and the management did not change the bed sheets, blanket covers, or pillowcases. There were blood stains on the bed sheets, and the floors were unclean. I have attached pictures as evidence. The customer service was poor--we tried speaking with the owner, but he refused to address our concerns, stating that the sheets would not be changed and that we were free to leave. I strongly advise caution if you plan to stay here, as the management was unhelpful and unresponsive.
