Rooms: Spacious and good with amenities. The best thing was darkness and quietness which was a big positive thing for me. Service: Internet went off and I did have my business things to do which was never restored. Cockroach in washroom was a big bad thing to be noticed. Moulds on couch and corner of bed. Pros: Good location, Not noisy, Good restraunt available downstairs Cons: Not at all sanitized, Internet Issues if you're doing office not a reliable place.

A delightful stay as always. Apart from the slow service and surprising earlier refusal of a double room, everything is just great. The place has such positive vibes around with lots of trees and birds and it all feels so pleasant. Rashmi ji has always been very helpful. You can go ahead and plan your stay here without any second thoughts.

Good experience. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. For the price I got it I would give 5stars. There are few issues though like - 1. for water they provide RO water in thermos that didn't taste well. 2. Bed linen could be better cleaned. 3. Breakfast options are limited. They did help me with providing milk for my baby so overall I am pleased with all services at the price and would chose to stay here again.

Overall It's is a decent hotel, as per the price. The breakfast is nice. Food is good but very expensive. The bathroom has a hot water problem. The property is located near Charbagh station. The room has all basic amenities but a mineral water bottle is missing.

Sach a lovely stay. Rooms are very clean. Rooms amenities just wow. I stayed in room no was 1000. Sach a lovely room..||Food was fabulous really. Now I'm telling about staff, all staff was very good and very polite. Sach a lovely experience....

Hotel has very good interiors. But hotel facilities and services are average considering the prices. We had to tell them to switch on the geyser whenever we needed hot water. For a hotel like this we expect 24 hr hot water supply. TV in room was also not working. It could be a temporary issue but that's what we experienced.

This place is Amazing! I had my wedding organised here and it was such a great event. Right from the decor to the stay to the food, everything was provided here and was fantastic with no complaints. One can have a photoshoot in the premises for their event at different spots and even in the rooms that are so brilliantly interior.

Hotel casa is osm great memories with this hotel a huge property they have . I wish to visit again. Location is nice they have very big lawn ,bar, restaurant.
