No breakfast inspite of paying, Room cleaning not done. Staff is champion in saying sorry

Seems hotel staffs are not interested to work. More than service there is no sense of hospitality. Rooms are not cleaned, water supplies only 1 lt for 2 person per day, no RO water provided, would not visit this property any more

I stayed for two days. Rooms are spacious having various amenities. Catering service was not up to mark. Quality wise average quantity wise not satisfactory. Many items in the menu were not available. In the market so one may stay here for good rooms.

Room was great and I would love to stay there again! But there was no hot water supply in the room. The hotel staff had switched off the geyser since it was summer. Kind of ridiculous.

A disgrace of an establishment. They cancelled my booking the day before I was due to check in with no explanation. I flew from London to watch the World Cup Cricket game and these guys have messed up all my plans. Complete jokers. Do not book.

Good Landmark hotel.i would suggest don't book it from Oyo because oyo shows low tariff and hotel will denay to check in and if you did online payment you will be in trouble. 1500 is avg tariff rooms for dual occupancy room are good but a.c are pathetic.. only few room a c working Parking space is nice
