Average hotel. Room was ok in size. Lunen quality was poor torn linen used. 0 amenities provided. Cleanliness could improve more. Food in breakfast limited. Staff was good and obedient.

The rooms were dingy and dark and gave very scary vibes. After checking out some of the room upgrades, it wasn't convincing enough for me to spend a night ..I tried cancelling the reservation and that was another fail story.. finally I just stepped out of that room just telling the reception I can't stay here..it was a bit traumatic..

Average facilities and high cost. Food quality is good. Brush pest unavailable in room, jug buckets not available, no soap when you ask multiple times then they provide.

One of the best hotel along with educated staff. Staff behavior n nature is awesome. Room was also fabulous conditions with proper air conditions. Cleaness was room also perfect.

The rooms of this hotel are absolutely useless. You will pay for it but there is no value of this money and if you are forced to take their room then do not take their breakfast at all. It is a complete nonsense. It is a completely useless hotel. Even they charge you extra when you checkout.

The condition of the room was good. The behavior of all the staff was good. Everything was available on time. I think it is a good place to stay in Lucknow.
