Very poor service. The hotel staff is untrained and rude. I did not feel safe in this property for the entire time. Dirty washroom, dirty linen, poor quality breakfast, emeneties was not provided as mentioned. Could not use wifi as it kept disconnecting. The reception lady took my phone to see the booking details and rated 5 star on oyo app. A bunch of fraud people operating from this oyo. Not recommended for families and couples.

One of the few OYO establishments with very good staff and service, and after very bad OYO experience in Kanpur & later in Daman, it is a pleasure to write a review about this place The rooms are sufficiently large and well-equipped. The lines was changed daily, the rooms were cleaned daily, and room service was prompt and efficient, even at midnight The counter staff were extremely polite and helpful and were able to guide me so that I was able to plan my visits to most of Lucknow's tourist spots in the short time available and within a tight budget I had... The breakfast was a buffet, so it was ample and the menu changed daily. The in-house restaurant too had good cuisine... It is located in an area where unmatched street food, cheap and delicious, is available in plenty... It is one of the rare OYO establishments, that genuinely seemed to be single-traveller friendly and offered me as room as shown in the pictures, unlike at Kanpur & Daman, where they seemed to do me a favour just even talking to me

Excellent place. Tucked away from the main road but easily locatable! The staff is courteous. The rooms are clean, spartan , but functional. We were three people sharing a room, but the room still felt comfortable and spacious. Toilets were clean and sensibly equipped. Had 24 hrs running water, and geyser. The central ac took time to cool the room, but was not a huge problem. The complimentary breakfast was frugal, but nothing to complain about. It was adequate for a decent breakfast before heading out. Would definitely recommend.

Booked on line and fully paid but rooms not provided because of room rate dispute with the OYO. Total humiliation to us. Got rooms on higher price in the same premises with no amenities like T.V, No cattle and tea coffee sachets, no room services, stinking smell in the rooms, focets leaking and A.C. duct leaking. Not worth to stay since the property doesn't have catering facility.

The experience of hotel was very bad. There is one girl our friend group call her fatty. She was an angry women. She don't know how to behave with the customer. She pretends like she own the hotel , such a bossy lady. But the receptionist is too good she talked us nicely.

Worst experience ever, we booked the room and paid the amount, when we reached there they said we don't charge this amount and asked for the double amount. When we called oyo to solve this issue, hotel staff started lying that we didn't show our id cards. Advice -After booking any Oyo townhouse call them if they will provide the room at this price otherwise you will face disappointment.

The rooms are well kept, clean and hygenic. The wifi works well and the bathrooms are clean. However, the breakfast was too oily and unedible with limited options that I didnt care to order for lunch or dinner. I was served complimentary breakfast for 2 days (first day being an early check in). Hotel staff is good.

I cannot share in words how bad it was. The hotel, the amenities, the food, the service, the experience. It was all at it's lowest. Let's go point by point - Damaged rooms, there was ceiling falling down and damage plywood. Worst quality condemned spring mattresses, you would literally find better mattresses in a roadside lodge Dump of garbage piled under the beds, there were used food boxes, used bandages piled under the bed as if it hasn't been cleaned since months No refilling of breakfast, they will server very limited quantity at 8:30, if later the food is finished they will not refill it until you take running trips to reception complaining about these, then too I will take 40 mins. In fruits and all they will just refuse to refill. Breakfast items burnt and in the worst taste, poha was completely burned, when complained, they took the bad poha and never got a replacement. Infact they will not even come to clean the plates in the cafeteria and there will no one to attend you They will not provide any kettle or milk/tea items in the room. Overall it was really really bad experience.
