Rio Grande Resort

The food and snacks were excellent--delicious and budget-friendly. The view is stunning, and the resort has a huge open area that feels cinematic. However, the service and management need improvement. Some staff members argue over small issues, which affects the experience. The tent service was poorly managed, with insufficient mattresses and blankets for all guests. There are only 4 rooms, which isn't enough for guests to rest or store luggage. Parking is a major issue, as only 4-5 vehicles can fit inside. They have a large lawn, but it's not utilized for better parking. Overall, it's a great place for food and views, but lacks good service and organization.

Visit a wedding celebration. Located at lucknow kanpur national highway. distance from lko amausi airport 30 minutes. Near nawabganj toll plaza. Lots of open space. very neat and clean. Big stage for the groom. Lighting and decoration is decent. The rooms are very spacious and look luxurious. A cafeteria is also available outside of the resort for the public with paid service. Free Parking guest.

Perfect place for snacks, in between Lucknow to Indore, lot of parking, free space, clean washroom, reasonable rates.

The washrooms have a slow water pressure.The staff is great . The security is of extreme poor quality

This review is for the restaurant. Disclaimer : this is my personal view and reviews could differ from person to person. I liked the momos , did not liked the Kadhai paneer but my wife liked it. Ambience is nice. IMPORTANT : small insects could be seen on the table and one insect came on my sabji also which I was eating, which lead to a huge disappointment. I told this to staff , but they did not bother to do anything and charged me with full bill. Please do something for the insects. Rest I would say this is a good option between Lucknow and Kanpur highway. They just need to improve their taste and hygiene.

Resort deserves more than 4 Stars , keeping in view the Value for money & location etc. Worth a visit. The Rio Cafe is neat ,has amazing food and is very good pricing (low cost ) Overall a value addition to the Kanpur Road.

Beautiful arrangement, services etc.. Rooms are very limited...
