Thanks to Mr. Madhav's outstanding service, was truly memorable. He is a valuable asset to your team, and I hope his dedication is recognized. Mr. Madhav provided service that went above and beyond our expectations. He greeted us with a warm and genuine smile, making us feel immediately welcome.|He was incredibly attentive throughout our breakfast , checking on us at appropriate intervals without being intrusive. He patiently answered our questions about the menu, offering helpful suggestions and demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the dishes and ingredients.

An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Everything was exceptionally well-managed - from the courteous and helpful staff to the clean, comfortable rooms and the peaceful, luxurious ambiance. Every little detail was taken care of, making the stay truly memorable. A well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars!

We visited the hotel to experience it's buffet dinner. The ambience, service and everything was good except for the food and the spread. The taste of food was below average. Not at all recommended if you want to have good food. At their price, Taj or Hyatt always meet their standards. Also they had live music which was a plus, the staff is also very courteous.

The experience was so smooth and well managed by madav. i strongly recommend this place to visit by your friends and family. crusine was well managed and engaged me to enjoy my fav food wholetime. Me and my friends visited here for one small get togethering ambience was very well complimenting

The overall taste and service is very good. The people are very cooperative and humble. Ajit Yand and Rahul are specially very good who takes extra care during the meal time. Thanks for this. I want to appreciate their efforts towards the guests in The Centrum. Thanks

Excellent Hotel with well built rooms. The room sizes are small but worth staying then other 5 star Hotels of Lucknow. All details of construction are commendable. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The quality of Breakfast was also stupendous. I had experienced most of the Hotels in Lucknow but this was truly remarkable. We had booked Hyatt but due to the last moment issue with room of Hyatt, we had to shift to this Hotel at late night hours. But the hassle was worth it. Keep up the good services 'The Centrum'.

Ajit Yadav here Plum Restaurant is very friendly and caring. we are staying here few nights. it is a beautiful property..one of the best in Lucknow...very contemporary design sensibilities....we will visit again soonest.....Congratulations to The Centrum Management

OVERPRICED! Paid 12k/night for a room that's not worth more than 8k! Billiards room was chargeable! Food and pool was good. Construction work was going on and room was noisy because of this. Buildings showing signs of wear and tear. Staff behaviour was excellent though. Avoid unless can't be helped.
