Palette - Nilansh Theme Park, Villas & Farmhouse

Great place for one day stay. gone there for new year celebrations. all the swings were functional. play ground for cricket and fun. water park was there but not functional due to cold. lots of outdoor activities available like, wall climbing, balloon shooting, wire rope, cycle rope etc. breakfast was so so delicious. Great place for family gathering. i think they provide custom stay also. i will visit again in summer for water park. A place full of fun.

Warning, kindly don't waste your money.||We group of 6 ppl went to celebrate bachelor's party for one of our friend. And booked farmhouse villa, with a private pool so we could enjoy. As soon as we entered the farmhouse we were little disappointed as it was not as maintained as shown in picture bit we were ok with it, as the pool was good. And as we had kitchen so we got frozen snacks and everything with us. And when it was time to cook something ,we realised there was no cutlery of utensils so we called the room service department and after 4 calls they gave us a huge wok. And then we realised there was no gas cylinder aswell. After 10 calls and 2 hours of calling 3 ppl they told us that gas cylinder is not included in our package. ||||So apparently they have provided gas stove, induction and microwave aswell but to get utensils and gas cylinder you are suppose to pay 2500rs more. And our dear MR.PRADEEP who took our booking explains us that it not mentioned anywhere that they ll provide any utensils. Wow.

We stayed on our weekend with another family at Nilansh Theme Park and I must say apart from the reception & housekeeping team it was not that pleasant experience - especially the food and service team. I would certainly appreciate Mr. Shani Tyagi the Front office manager for his patience, helpful nature with an attitude of going the extra mile but the team in restaurant and bar really needs a to go a long way. A team of arrogant, least knowledgeable associates for whom customers do not probably matter. Food is not up to the mark with frequent non-availability and don't even dare to ring room service since they would be upfront to deny services. A weekend visit is not recommended since the water of the park is not cleaned or filtered enough and remains murky and greenish. Highly recommended to carry some snacks & kids food with you as service takes forever to come until you know probably someone from the owning or management family. Rooms are very nicely done up and clean with fresh linen, the room amenity is no less than equivalent luxury hotels and a special shout to the horticulture team for a lush green well maintained the resort and the security team for doing actually what they are expected to do. Overall a visit with the precautionary measures mentioned above is recommended since you don't have a competition of such facilities on this side of the world.

Great place to hang out with family and friends. Water park is good, water is clean. Food was nice. We stayed there for 1 night with family. Great place to visit. We came early, checkin was smooth. Room size is ok. But there was no facility in room for tea-coffee maker. Staff was courteous.

Worst worst worst! I can't describe how much disappointed today I am with my friends. They describe themselves as the best waterpark but belive this they are creating an illusion. This is pre winter October and they shutdown sliders everything. Don't visit here if you are viaiting from lucknow.

Once it was a decent place, now it has become nothing more than a money fetching machine:||1. Every step you take inside the campus, you will be asked for money.||2. Things are seriously over priced||3. Food is now heavily over priced||4. No value for money||5. Wrong commitments||6. If you are not a big shot, you will not be taken care of||7. This was my second time in Nilansh, i loved it previously but this was the second and last time.||No further recommendations from my side.

Terrible place to visit...I would give zero rating to service.... 1- Staffs, in general, were very very rude. They were not at all accommodative. 2- Only visit if you live near by don't come from far as the pain of travelling would not be worth. 3- None of the adventures rides were working due to summer season. In all and all...not worth the money and time...Rest you money your choice.

Its a complete fraud. They perform advance booking of a Villa to 2 different people. Then allot them a sub standard villa. Complete waste of money and time. The management is not at all hospitable. A complete cheat and fraud. Not at all a place to come with family and friends.
