Hotel is located mid way between Varanasi city and airport. Rooms are very good, staff are courteous and helpful. Buffet breakfast and dinner are of excellent quality and taste. Great value for money.

Extremely disappointing experiences not reliable or trustworthy. I booked 5 rooms for two nights at this hotel for a group of senior citizens making full payment 2 months in advance. However upon arrival we wear shocked to find out that the hotel had released our rooms without prior intimation just to accommodate a larger group. This behaviour was completely unacceptable. The management showed no sympathy or hospitality leaving our senior citizens stranded. It was clear that profit was priority over commitment and trust. The hotel is located for from the main city making the inconvenience even was the staff and management where unprofessional and their attitude was nothing short of apathetic. This experience highlighted a lack of ethics and reliability I would strongly advise against trusting this establishment for your stay especially if you are looking for hospitality.

Best place to live and great ambiance including the awesome food specially the staff approach to serve the guest is fabulous. Raj and Pramod are the brilliant hotel staff who care all the small things to make guest good .

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Not Reliable, not trustworthy people, Pathetic management, No hospitality, Hotel is located far away from main city. We have booked for 5 rooms for 2 nights for our senior citizens group and made the payment 2 months well in advance, on the day of arrival hotel has released our rooms without prior intimation, just because he has received some big group. Also hotel has not made any similar arranges for the group. On arrival these people don't have courtesy to ask for water for senior people... This is just because they have received big group, so they have released the booking. Dont book this hotel, if again in future if they received any group i am sure they will release the other bookings also.

All the staff service are really nice. Food is nicely serve with hygiene. Everything was good. One things needs to be improve is Tea and coffee. Tea is being serve in small disposal glass which is not good for tea lover instead you can use ceramic tea cup. Quality of both tea and coffee is need to improve in many ways. Since I'm a tea lover but didn't get any good tea and coffee. Apart from tea comes to the location. Location is good but it's really difficult to find ola and uber service from the area.

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms are large, clean with very good service. Very courteous and helpful staff. The receptionist was very sweet, helpful and concerned about our comfort. The food was good and on special request to the chef Sadandas, gave us lovely kadi chawal and bhendi, corn palak which was delicious, which we were craving after eating junk food while traveling. The staff, Roshan, Raj, Ajay and ofcourse their sweet receptionist Anjali who made an extra effort to see that we got what we needed and also took lovely pics . Thank you. A small request to the hotel management is to kindly have the hot water supply in all the rooms 24x7

So nice and beautiful hotel . Services are amazing. It's my personal experience. Nice place for all types of party.
