Room was ok but there bed mattress is very bad. And in terms of service, they provide nothing even when we check in another hotel they provide one water bottle. But here they didn't provide anything. Staff behaviour is very bad.

All in all it was a nice stay, as rooms were clean and the air conditioner was also good. But the location was not good, as it is inside the market area. Finding a parking spot for the car is difficult. There are no options of food if you visit late at night.

Good rooms and service at the price. Rooms are on the 3rd floor so have to climb the stairs, Because lift is out of service frequently. Location is in the main market. No dedicated space for parking even for two wheelers. It's on way road so you get jacked with challan even time you go you ghanta ghar side.

Stayed yesterday night with family. Very neat, clean and tidy rooms and toilet. Nice place to stay, great value for money. Courteous and polite staff and in the heart of the city. Considering that its a small town and may not have to many visitors, it has been very well maintained and situated in the heart of the city.

Worst service. Washrooms are not clean. They don't even give complimentary water bottle. The amount they charge is not even worth. Better find some other place rather than booking this hotel.

As per the rates rooms are not up to the mark.

I had a best experience in my visit to rural districts of Eastern UP. Forgot to take the photos. But I would suggest to stay. This is in middle of Lalitpur City near Ghantaghar . Only problem is of Parking. As it is in mid of market. Staff is courteous and help you for everything. Delicious food by room service But I must say. Good rooms with all amenities. AC makes the chilled Room, if you like to have good cozy room .
