Bad Experience in almost every terms! (Bhul ke bhi mat jaana idhar) 1) Customer Service - The owner (specifically) and all the employees had no sense of how to treat a customer. They made us wait at the reception for a long time and denied entry because the stay was pre-booked (slightly lower in price than usual). The staff was unhelpful when addressing concerns (0 out of 5 points) 2) Cleanliness - The rooms were not well maintained and bedsheets/ pillow covers had a lot of strains. The bathroom had a pungent smell and was not cleaned at all. The staff refused to clean the room and change the bedsheets(1/5) 3) Expected price - Considering all these factors, one should avoid staying here. The stay should not worth more than 400-500 a night! PS - I didn't stay at this hotel after having a bad experience due to the pointers mentioned above.

I have stayed here many times, it is a good hotel to stay. For senior citizens they try to arrange rooms at the ground floor. Good kitchen, food was tasty and hygienic. Room/washroom cleaning was average. The room cost was reasonable.

Good environment and Room also good but Service are very slow

Not good for stay. I have stayed for only 1 hr in 1st week of September. Rooms are very dirty as well as smelly. Bed mattress are dirty and you can't even think to stay in this type of hotel. Breakfast in this hotel is also tasteless. Waste of money so don't book this type of hotel anywhere.

Good: Given 5 star as did not expected hotel with Big room With separate sitting area, balcony of room size. Also the staff is very cooperative. Paid Rs 1500 for suit which can not be compared with luxury hotel but value for money. Before check in I Enquired with one computer shop and he told the rooms are best in Lalitpur. Bad: need to carry your towel and shampoo. Do not take roadside room as being close to railway station you may get disturb in night. No exhaust fan in toilet. Over all....you will not find better than this hotel in Lalitpur
