Rooms are small but service and security is good The best thing is that the bus Stop is just 50m away

Nice location near by Bus stand But not happy with the service I demanded for an extra blanket and they have given a very smelly blanket.

Very pathetic condition of toilet,room cleaning specially his bed sheet , pillow cover both are very dirty, staff is also not supportive, over all very bad experience and I will not regmend anyone

The switchboard in the room doesn't work and there is no service at all. The hotel towels are so dirty that they can't be used. This is a hygiene maintenance issue in this hotel.

Pathetic hotel. Nin functional AC, leakage in toilet. No inhouse kitchen, poorest quality tea served when asked for. Badly sweated, on multiple request room was changed but even then AC did not function even the fan was pathetic won't recommend this ever to anyone.

Narayan hotel is the best and family hotel and service is the best
