Hotel Om Residency

The hotel is good and comfortable, but the room has smell. I really like our restaurant, our chef is the best chef that I stayed 7 days in India. He can do all food that I already requested. The food is too much, taste. The staff is very friendly. Good for this hotel

Very friendly staff. Food is excellent. Room space, bath room space are very good but with little spending can be improved. Install a shower screen ( glass or plastic screen curtain ). Please remove the very old single bed. Replace it with a sofa bed. Install a good curtain to the room. Need a refrigerator

During a previous visit to Kushinagar, we had the opportunity to stay at this conveniently located hotel situated near the Buddhist religious sites. While the property offered general amenities such as a lobby, air-conditioned rooms, televisions, Wi-Fi access, and an on-site restaurant, our experience was somewhat mixed.||On the positive side, the hotel staff, particularly those in the restaurant, were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, finding the meals to be both delicious and satisfying.||However, there is room for improvement in the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. In our experience, some of the rooms had unpleasant odors, and the bathrooms could have benefited from more thorough cleaning.||In conclusion, considering the hotel's location and the surrounding area, it appears to be a suitable option for a short stay.

Good food good taste with good combination|Annu ( restaurant staff) doing great job there..he knows customer is King||No WiFi for rooms only at lobby and restaurant|Over all not bad stay..|Very closer to sacred places.. Very convenient place travel

Room is excellent n have a gud space even in toilet also need n clean. All staff of this hotel r very nice n friendly..food r also very delicious n excellent..u should try..

Definitely average but having this where it is gives a big relief to travelers who wants to get a night's rest and move on.||The lobby and the restaurant can accommodate quite a number of people. Rooms are sufficient. Amenities are sufficient. Staff doesn't seem to be very conversive but they attend to their job well.||Alright place.
