It was an unpleasant stay overall. The service was too slow. It was more than an hour to service dinner . The bathroom in the room didn't have proper toiletries and lighting too. It was dark and dirty. Because of too many mosquitoes, I asked for allout, which never came. The staff was blunt. Lift wasn't working at times.

It was our first Visit to this property. And we are totally stunned. Food was excellent and mouth watering, especially Chicken 65. I just loved it. Highly Impressed by Hospitality. We were served by Ankit. His behavior is up to the mark. We are highly impressed by Restaurant manager also.

My visit was for the first time..Literally luxury satisfaction and the staff management was appreciative. Too good for friends and couples. Must go must visit to Mayur. Best experience ever.

The food, staff and property area is awesome, well managed and can be customised as per your functional needs. The managerial team (headed by Mr Raj) is very handy. Overall an experience worthy living again.

Delay in service & unavailability of varieties during morning breakfast. The area is very big inside. Please set up one swimming pool

We had very good interactions with the staff and more particularly the Asst operation Manager Mr Raj who was outstanding in his public relations. The ambience of the property and it's parking place is superb. We would certainly like to come again to this property whenever a chance arises.

We stayed at the hotel for a long weekend attending a wedding. The hotel was beautiful and cosy and the restaurant downstairs had great food! The service was also amazing, special thanks to Ali, Pawan and Vineet
