THE SRM CRYSTAL

Very good rooms, spacious and clean. Staff is really very nice and courteous and co operative.Best hospitality. Also I found it safe as solo female traveller. Their restaurant are so beautiful and taste also All their staff is very good. Very pleasant stay, would like to visit again.

It is like Lala Ji ki dukan. Non- professional behaviour towards customer. I forget my ID at their reception and after 10 days follow up they were not courier it to me and it was collected by physical visit. During stay their staff ring me up after 11:00 pm when i was sleeping and ask to pay dinner bill before next day check out.I have taken complimentary breakfast during booking. And they have given Poha, sandwich with tea and coffee. And next day breakfast was not ready till 08:45am in morning. Very disappointed from thier staff behaviour as well as their MD.

Recently I went to ' THE SRM CRYSTAL ' Due to my business work and I stayed there for 3 nights and I was delighted with the experience provided by them . The rooms were like one of the best in kanpur and surpsingly in very affordable range . There is one of the most reputed sweet shop in ground floor and a restaurant with perfect ambience and food quality. Overall this building is a complete package one could ever think of .

We had an amazing and memorable experience at the property on our anniversary, all thanks to the hospitable staff, especially General manager (Ankit Ji) Every aspect of our stay was taken care of by him diligently.

Checkin at 4am, reception guys was drunk, no tv working, cold food, torn bedsheets, water leakage in bathroom, multiple call at 10:45 am for checkout when the whole hotel is empty & they knew I had checked in at 4am. Awful stay!

I visited for corporate purpose in srm crystal , I was booked executive rooms in this property, room was spacious and attractive ambience . Good property in kakadeo

It's wonderful to be staying here. The staff specially Sharvan verma is so helpful during our early checkin.
