The hotel's warm atmosphere and excellent service make it an ideal choice for any occasion. One area for improvement: continuity of hot water was an issue due to their reliance on solar panels for the geyser. Worst hotel. 1. No Wifi 2. No proper breakfast 3. Rats are present in hotel room 4.rooma service was not there.. Nobody to respond to our query..

It's the worst place one could ever stay in! I had booked the room for 5 days and made the payment in advance. This place is so bad that I checked out on the first morning! Horrible service, the rooms were not even clean, so much so that you can't walk without slippers. There were no fresh towels Major power cuts. The moment you enter the washroom you would want to puke. Showers don't function properly. The list in endless, please never book this hotel.

Absolutely 3rd class staff. Please don't book for any party function - the food won't be served at all. The staff is horribly money minded and demand full payment otherwise create ruckus infront of guests. And after that also services are horrible. They ruin the wedding or function. Very cheap manager at reception

The hotel and rooms are good looking from out side but not maintained properly. Too many problems feel during stay there. Even no cleaning every day. Front side rooms are good for stay but back side rooms are very bad smells and having sipage mark on walls and very bad smell of fungus etc.

The staff is horrible here especially the manager ekta. Completely money minded. N services are even horrible - please don't plan a wedding function here they completely spoil the day
