Status club business Hotel

Worst ever service & hospitality.The person sitting in morning shift is so unprofessional & rude & doesn't even know how to speak to anyone . He is hire goon also whatever promises were made were all fake. This hotel is not at all for families at all. The breakfast buffet was included in the package but later it got changed only to only sandwich & tea coffee. Don't waste money here. Quality is very very poor. Worst management. We were 3 adults & 2 kids but they will not give more than 2 water bottles for full day. It's a daylight robbery. If booking anything get everything on writing or else they will cheat you. Always check rates online & then book as online rates are cheaper. Bargain harder as it's not worth at all. Even if it's free then still don't stay. Stay in landmark hotel. I wish of I could give zero rating . They all ar liers, cheaters. Specially be very careful with 2 employees called Aman & Mohit. They are cunning & rob you.

Completely different from what is shown in the pictures.. hotel doesn't even have a parking space. Says breakfast included in package but then u can only order one dish (two small bread pieces ) and ur not suppose to eat more than that... Day light robbery as these things are not told in the beginning.. Rates are high but the service is not upto that standard.. rooms have no ventilation and the problem is that the pictures, are all misguiding as to what the hotel realy looks like..

Worst ever. Don't even book room here. They are pathetic. Worst service, no quality. Dont book by seeing photos. See their reviews. I did mistake by not seeing reviews. It's a daylight robbery not safe for family. Police raid can happen anytime.only illegal. They will say buffet breakfast but nothing there. Don't waste money here.

Hotel was totally different than that of the pictures shared by the team of the hotel. The rooms were dirty, spider webs were there all around the bed and lot of mosquitoes too. They had even charged for my toddler's milk which i have never experienced in any hotel in india and abroad. They give that complimentary to kids. Which was a little cheap gesture by them.

Excellent. I always perfer to stay here. Mohit and Aman both are valuable assets.Always helpful. Thanks to both of them.
