Shree Dev Villa Hotel, Banquet Hall

My engagement was organised here. There manager behaves so well at the time of booking but during the time of function they close the DJ and rome around with irritated face as if we haven't paid. Please don't organise your function. I will regret my decision lifetime.

We checked in at 1 am and the staff was quite friendly. Where on one side during Maha kumbh everyone is trying to mint money, this hotel is still in the hospitality business and believes in serving its customers well. Breakfast served was also quite good and to everyone's liking.

Saurabh Pandey at front desk is a total cheat.. ! Upon enquiring prior booking the hotel, he asked me to transfer token money in his personal account. Transferred INR 500 and forgot to adjust during checkout and paid full tariff without adjusting token money. Upon calling, now, it's been four days he's not willing to return the token money and behaving like he has done some charity. Pathetic !!

My recent stay at Shree Dev Villa Hotel in Kanpur left me with mixed feelings. The rooms, while clean and functional, were of average quality and lacked the expected level of comfort. The furnishings seemed a bit dated, and the overall ambiance could use an upgrade. Similarly, the food served at the banquet hall left much to be desired. The quality was rather average, and the taste failed to impress. The menu lacked variety, and some dishes were forgettable. It was disappointing considering the expectations I had based on the venue's reputation. The staff, although courteous, didn't go above and beyond to make the experience exceptional. Service was adequate but not particularly remarkable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel and banquet hall felt somewhat lackluster. On a positive note, the central location of Shree Dev Villa Hotel is convenient, making it accessible for guests. However, improvements in room quality and culinary offerings would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. In conclusion, Shree Dev Villa Hotel and Banquet Hall offer a somewhat average experience. While it may suit those with basic requirements, there's room for improvement to meet the expectations of guests seeking a more refined and memorable stay.

Bad experience!! 1. STAFF: untrained and unprofessional. Firstly, I was called to the reception twice for the adhar card thing, because the desk person forgot to take a copy of Aadhar during check in. Secondly, when the staff person came to keep food in the room, they were singing and giggling all the time while I and my friend(female) were there. They were so unprofessional! 2) ROOM: was not upto the mark, No toiletries were Available in the room, phone was not in a working condition (they gave a personal number to call and order). 3. FOOD: horrible!!! For dinner, they said we are serving cholas as it's late and kitchen is closed we were like okay! And guess what, we got plain yellow daal with an insect inside it !! When called on to take it back, the room staff says, it's just a small insect mam! Second experience: Inspite of clear instructions and repeated requests to get the breakfast early, it was 45 min late and as a result, we ate it at the reception table during check out. It was a pan toasted burnt bread with hot coffee that was turned ice cold when presented. (For this breakfast they charged us 200/- extra which obviously I did not pay). Overall, it wasn't a good experience. They have made the exterior look so good, they think people would be fooled by it. I would suggest them to rather focus on providing good amenities, training of the staff, and food hygiene!

truly amazing work by all the staff.. special thanks to Saurav Sir, he organised the birthday celebration really well.. each and every detail and request was adhered to and made the event very special and memorable, just the way I wanted it..
