Hotel The DownTown

I stayed with my family for four days in May 2025. Very good 3 star hotel. Room Service and hospitality is absolutely great. GM of the hotel Mr. Singh Ji is very helpful. Only selective food price is little bit high. Morning complimentary breakfast is awesome.

The Cleanliness of the Rooms and overall property was Very Good. The hospitality was amazing. The support staff and team were well behaved, professional and were just one call away from anything I needed. The Buffee breakfast was show stopper with some owesome lipsmacking food. I would surely recommend everyone to visit this place everytime.

Nice hotel with clean room and beds, staff and food. Food was tasty but quantity was less as per expectations . Hotel stay was comfortable and price was also reasonable. Overall, hotel is recommended for stay when you travelling for business purposes.

Its our go-to place whenever we visit Kanpur. I've stayed here 5-6 times over the last year and the experience has always been lovely! The rooms are cozy and neat, and the facilities are all well maintained. What sets this hotel truly apart is how courteous the staff is, every single staff member is exceptionally kind, helpful and courteous. Also, another favourite is the Pebbles restaurant; the food is amazing, the coffee is spectacular and the music is always on point. We've spent hours working there, and the vibe has always been great!

Good stay. Very clean; the staff were well-behaved. You could add some non-vegetarian items to the breakfast. Pest control is needed; I found some mosquitoes and spiders. The AC was good. Overall, the hotel's cleanliness was also good....

They are very hospitable. The food is great it's centrally located. ||Ambiance is very business like. The restaurant is good. I don't know about parking, but I think the valet is available. ||The hotel is good for female employees travelling alone. ||Thanks!
