Hotel Satyam

Too much high rates didn't matched with the menu. They didn't provided menu asked 3 times but they refused to give manager himself refused. 100rs for just one aloo paratha!!!

Pricing very HIGH of every sweets and dessert according to quality Quality is average not very high level Very very costly restaurant Never prefer for middle class family

Tasty food. We had a stop over while driving to Prayagraj from Mathura. Tried ginger paneer , roti and dal makhni. Good taste.

Restaurant rates are quite high, according to the quantity offered. GST EXTRA not mentioned in menu, but levied on the final amount. I ordered malai paneer, and they packed Shahi paneer for me, and when the restaurant was empty. Personally, recommended only when no other option is available.

Very bad experience They woke us up at 2am and were knocking so bad, just for the payment. They could have waited till morning at least for that. Also earlier when we talked they said that 2 day charge is 2800 rs and when we asked for the slip, they said that they can't because that will incur gst charges. We trusted them with the price but at 2 in night, they doubled the prices. Which is way more than the price that they have mentioned on the website. Just don't go there. Very rude staff. If I hadn't been with my family, I would have seriously lodged a complaint against them because of the torcher we had to go through. The worst and the most horrible hotel experience of my life.

Stayed for one night. No Room Service and no House keeping person from 10 PM to 8.15 AM.No kettle in room. One old Iron Almirah in room. Has to wait from 7 AM to 8.30 AM to get a glass of Hot Water. Hotel service/infra need a lot of improvement.

It may not be appropriately priced for the quality. Average accommodation is outrageously expensive. There are more possibilities for dining out. The accommodations are not well maintained. The a/c room does not have hot water or a room refresher. Excellent transportation in congested areas. However, no facilities will be provided by the hotel's administration. Overall :- Satyam is a modest hotel with adequate services. According to facilities, it was substantially more expensive back then. Have a nice day, Thank You. #Kanpur

Dirty old almirah. No room service and no house keeping from 10 pm to 8.30 am. If someone wants to go early somewhere he has to be dependent on the hotel staff .No kettle in room. No towel in bathroom. Overall not a good stay for family
