HOMANSH GALAXY HOTEL

The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We loved everything!; I highly recommend (HOMANSH GALAXY HOTEL) for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up! Staying here has been the worst decision I've ever made. This place lacks even the most basic amenities, and there is clearly no intention to provide a satisfactory experience to customers. They don't even offer blanket covers, which is shocking. For two entire days, we've been waiting for hot water to come from the taps despite making 8-9 requests, yet no action has been taken. The level of negligence and disregard for guests is utterly unacceptable--it's nothing short of pathetic!

It was been a very good experience and I have been here for second time and I will be again do come next time in future each and every staff and his service is totally outstanding , we are very lucky that Homansh Hotel and Resorts is a brand which is situated in our home. Thnks you so much

Very poor service. Unprofessional behavior. Tap is broken. No one is ready to listen. Reception person is very rude and harras the guests. No staff to assist. Worst property. Don't stay at all here. Nothing good to share except false ceiling and lighting

I visited here and I feel like their management are very nice and upto mark.. Really Homansh Premier Kanpur which has been changed from homansh galaxy are perfect place for stay and food taste and quality are good.

Nice hotel and management are very nice ..Stay in 306 osm facilities and Amenities are on top notch...Staff behaviour are good and cooperative

The stay was comfortable as the rooms were ambient and pleasant and location was general ganj in kanpur,the service was decent,sometimes even after calling the person would forget or being your required items (like blanket or pillow) late
