Best hotel in farrukhabad city having good facilities with best staff there are party hall and ring ceremony hall are also available

BIG no for this hotel ..! Firstly staff is worst they start arguing even when I'm showing the blood clots on my bedsheet they refuse to change the bedsheet they guys simply said we don't have bedsheet I'm attaching the pictures of blood clots secondly food service is very poor they took 1hour 25 mins to deliver the food even when ever I ask where is my dinner they give same reply bs 5 mins m aara hai apka dinner , there is lots of mosquito .. in short they guys are charging 3-4 star property prices but what they give is like only 1 star hotel # owner kindly focus on your hotel & I hope you understand my concern

its really rediculs.. they pressurise to visiter for extra price.service was not good , washroom not working condition. staff and manager use abusive language and behave very roudly. m girl and they behave very dirty with me. please dont visit here.

Food is not good

My friend from Delhi staying this hotel.they misbehave with her. And she pay full amount of three days. But they said to her for checkout before time. . Really hotel team have not manners. They treat guest really bad manners.

Hotel is economical but at higher floors, non avaialbility of lift is a concern. services are quick though food is average.

Bad service high price

Its good spending night here service is good people are of freindly natural overall a good place to stay
