OYO Flagship Hotel Grand Village

I booked a single room for 4 days during this mahakumbh. Had done my reservation through Booking.com, which is an international site. I even paid half the rent to confirm my reservation. When I reached the hotel they refused to acknowledge the reservation. I had to send my transaction details to booking.com three times and that refund process is still not complete, after two months.

They are very friendly and treat us like family I would love to go there again soon..

Location is cool but quite away and lonely area BUT STAY WAS VERY NICE. GOOD TO STAY AND FOR FOOD U SHOULD HAVE VEHICLE IN HAND

Booked entire Hotel Grand Village for ten days in Jan-24 and truly speaking my experience had been beyond extraordinary. Amit Singh, the owner of the hotel had left no stones unturned to ensure my sister's marriage was an unforgettable event for all my guests. From fooding, lodging, transportation to hospitality, everything was on point. Cannot thank Amit sir and the staff Vaishali (Manager and cook), Deepak/Golu Dubey (All rounder) and Aditya (Chauffeur and relative of Amit Singh) enough for all their support and help. You have truly built a wonderful property, request you to ensure right persons are with you so that your prestige and goodness is not taken for granted by anyone. The best hotel in locality. Rooms,services ,staff ..everythng is too good. Even the owner himself dropped me to the venue.

The room was spacious and airy. Helpers were kind and amicable. I didn't like the food.
