I recently stayed at Jhansi Hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not good and did not meet an expectations. Here are the key issues I encountered during my stay: 1. Cleanliness: The room was not adequately cleaned. The bathroom had no proper toiletries and the bed linens seemed unchanged. 2. Customer Service: The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful. It took hours to get a response to my request for baby milk and staff was so rude in providing the solution. 3. Amenities: Several promised amenities were unavailable or not as advertised. While there we're one positive, only location the overall experience was disappointing. I hope the management addresses these concerns for future guests.

Located in the heart of the city, spacious and tidy rooms. Ample space to move around in the hotel. Quick service. Good food.

we had our two-days wedding function in Jhansi hotel and it turned out to be exactly how we imagined. Everything was delivered exactly like how we selected from the photos they have shared. We were in touch with Mohar Singh for all the bookings and preps and he was so supportive and answered all our queries with patience. All our guests were also happy with the rooms, services and specially the food. And everything was delivered on time and with the quality that was promised.

We had a great stay. Thank you to the madam at reception for helping us with special requests for shampoo and conditioner. Really appreciate your prompt support in making our stay comfortable. Rooms were cleaned and stocked with essentials everyday. The breakfast at the restaurant was great and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Worst experience i had at Jhansi Hotel in jhansi.||There was no cooperation from hotel side and the staff behaves very badly.||Never recommend this hotel for any wedding purpose.||If you want to hire the hotel and service in jhansi then contact Micasa hotel, jhansi.||My friends wife ordered 2 pcs of idli for her 1/5 year child and they gave only 1 piece of idli and told we can only give 1 piece of idli. There is no humanity within the staff at all over here. If such a person spending money for the room then he/she can pay for the 1 plate of idli also.||So kindly do not recommend this property to any of your relative or for yourself.

In Jhansi you will find the best and the most peaceful environment here The taste of food is amazing The quality of the food is amazing And the atmosphere here is amazing It is like a big hotel in a big city this is a five star hotel The non veg here is quite good and so is the veg Try chicken tikka once again.You will also like the chicken tikka gravy very much.
