This was by far the most infuriating ordeal! The people were beyond disgusting. The staff were utterly unhelpful and acted ridiculously. The toilets and the room were indistinguishable - both filthy with a nauseating stench. Check out the attached photos. I shelled out 1100 rupees for this horrendous room and abysmal service.

They charged us 1500 for one night stay. The room was lacking amenities like clean toilet, exhaust fan, etc. Also one pair of light was not working. At night, squeaky and weird noises could be heard from above the roof of the room. The walls were made of wood and a single noise in adjacent room would send the wall shaking. Also the door of the room used to shake whenever the next room's door used to be unbolted. Rude and inhospitable staff, poor facilities was the order of the way. Won't recommend to anyone. Very poor experience

The condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets, linens were dirty. Toilet was horrible. Ambience was very bad. Could not stay a single night but paid Rs, 1400/ advance whice was not repaid. Overall a horrible experience for one hours and management staff nature very bad and hotel not safe for family and couple.

Useless Hotel , Lift Was not working & Plz don't Go for Food (Brkfst & Lunch) here 3rd class Taste & your Stomach Could be Upset . NVR recommend to anyone... Even They are very miser even in giving 3rs /- medimix Soap , per day Charge is Also high with poor service .

Worst stay of my life. The rooms were filthy and bathrooms were really disgusting along with linens in the room. Staff is abusive and threatning. Hotel staff should be reported to police as they were threatning to beat us up. ||Please don't stay at this hotel or be prepared to call police.

Worst stay of my life filthy rooms and bathrooms with alcohol smell in the room. Staff misbehaved with us for asking them normal questions and even abused us. The staff of this hotel is so bad they should be reported to police as they threatened to beat us up because we asked them not to abuse.
