Hotel Ambience Jhansi

We have booked the party hall and they destroyed our gathering by their pathetic service. The manager and other staff are super rude and do not know how to talk to guests. They were serving cold food. Such unprofessional behaviour that the manager almost fought with us in front of the guests. We got so embarrassed never ever visiting this place again.

Worst hotel in jhansi, kindly go for other options. Behaviour of receptionist is very bad.

Good hotel at good location with amazing service at affordable rates.

Was very bad experience, the bed was bad, the room had no tap water, gyser was off, no lights no generator backup was on. Lift was off my father had issue to climb stairs couldn't go up. The staff was rude when asked for proper service they said to leave . We had to at that search for a new hotel

I had food at Hotel Ambience, the taste was very good. The atmosphere there was very good. The staff was very good and helpful, especially Mr. Khan and chef Rohit Chilli Honey Potato was very tasty. The Manchav soup also tasty I feel like a soup out of the world I will recommend it to my friends come to Hotel Ambience and we will come back very soon Thanks again to all team
