It was very pathetic experience with Big band name in Saharanpur Staff attitude is on high level which is not good for customers service Not clean asked staff to clean they said that Ye to aise hi rhta hain hum kuchh nhi kar sakte I asked i want to meet manager they said that we are everything here tell us what you want to say Finally it's was very bad experience I have eat anything because there is not clean table not AC working many flies are flying I took the picture that was not good

I attended a wedding ceremony here and found it to be a lovely venue with great arrangements. Most of the area is open to the sky, so if you're attending an event in winter, be sure to bring extra warm clothing for the night.

Very dirty rooms, dusty and unhygienic. Bad food. Less staff. Untimely work. No ekectronic appliances given. No bathroom stuff given too

Worst experience ever. I was there for a wedding and we stayed whole night, after 11 PM there was no water to drink and no water in rooms. Washrooms were dirty with no lights.

Very poor service. Visited with my group for lunch but hotel have not sufficient staff to serve food for hours. Also food quality and service is not according to price, it is too costly

Went there for a relatives wedding. It is one of the best places in saharanpur. Rooms were also good and the overall arrangement for the wedding. Although lifts were only one side of the building and you have to pass 25 rooms to get to the last one. So it becomes one cone when you get the last room. Rooms were specious, but heaters were not working. The wedding and haldi arrangements were good. But, not good in the monsoon season, no arrangements to avoid rain water. I really will not recommend this in rainy weather.

Very very lazy service.cheap food Only for outdoor outing for kids with 100 Rs each child coupan entry. So don't try for food . 8:00pm last entry for restaurant.No sufficient service ervice staff for service.Manager and receptions are not cooperative.

It's not silver castle, it's houseflies castle. Every food item displayed for you will have swarm of houseflies. It's like a home to them. And the staff would dlhardly bother. Forget the management, noone feels that they are unhygienic and unhealthy! They didn't even have a single fly catcher to remove them! Almost everyone had stomach issues- vomiting, diarrhoea after eating there. Everyone is on antibiotics! Even the bride n the groom, their family had infection. Can you beat that? I wonder what is the use of so much decor and taste and good staff otherwise, when you add houseflies to them.. Please have some sense of hygiene. Please.
