Worst place to have a official meeting as well as personal. Waiter is not having sense of talk with customers.Manager is non co-operative with the customers rather he only look for whatever suits them. I again quote- Worst place I have ever visited for official meetings purpose. Its my humble request to all the banking staff to not arrange any kind of official meet at this place .

A nice hotel from my review, nice hotel staff and a great place for the people who are interested in parties. Vipin Tyagi a member of staff is a great man behaviour wise and also he is a friendly man.

The finest hotel in Hapur. This hotel and their staff were our savior in this small town. They have World class amenities in their rooms, black granite finished washroom, all required toiletries, electric kettle, tea bags beverages, mini fridge. The room was very well maintained, High-quality bed mattress, curtains, sofa everything we just loved. The hotel was very safe and the staff were very much cooperative.

Nice and delicious food, all dishes that were ordered were really tasty.

Counter Staff behaviour is not good. They do not care about the time of customer rather they only look for whatever suits them. The staff doesn't stick on policy. They keep on chaning time to time for one policy. Not transparency. Worst experience. City Heart is good in comparision.
