Very nice hotel, nice staff and rooms are clean

Very comfortable and neat and clean bathrooms and gentle behaviour of staff

Worst hotel i have ever booked, room was dirty, fan had a thick layer of dust, and that ac too had dust all over it, there was no set top box with the tv available in the room, toilet was like it was never cleaned in months, bed sheets were shorter than the actual bed, room service was pathetic, there was no intercom, after calling on mobile the housekeeping boy came after hours. I booked this hotel via Goibibo and the worst part is they never paid attention even after i complained in written to them on twitter.

I Wouldn't Recommend Anyone To Book This Hotel. Bedsheets And Quilt Were Very Dirty And Room Was Full Of Mosquitoes. Hotelier Didn't Provide Even Basic Amenities Like Soap,RO Water Etc. Tv Was Not Working Due To Insufficient Balance. The Guy At Reception Was So Careless That He Didn't Ask Me To Show Id Card.The Pictures Used On Travel Portals For This Hotel Is Not Real. This Was The Worst Experience Ever In My Life.

Used room. Dirty linen. used razor in bathroom. Stinking bathroom. Very filthy floor. Switches not working. No towels. Had to clean bathroom myself. All this for Rs 1900 per night. And when asked to clean and other service was denied. Horrible experience. Please stay away.

I had a booking at HOTEL VEENAYAK RESIDENCY at Gorakhpur 1 night 1 room 3 guests The room has been given to us at 1900 which is quite a high rate. The room was an used room and the linen, bathroom floors all dirty like a roadside dhaba, used razor in bathroom and blood stains on the bathroom floor. They forced us to pay the full amount in advance and so after facing problems we had no option to shift to another decent hotel. When we said then to clean they denied said they dont have anyone they are blaming everything on OYO. they should have said they dont have decent rooms. a terribly unclean room unhygienic bathroom poor service and under constructed room with dangerously hanging naked wires for Rs 1900. this is the 2nd time I am facing problems from OYO.

All services are best in the city.
