Hotel Uma Palace

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Uma Palace in Uttar Pradesh. The stay was very comfortable and the service was top-notch. The food was a highlight - especially the veg biryani, pulao, and thali - everything was delicious and full of flavor. The staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a perfect place for a family stay, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

We stayed in this hotel last week with family. Our stay was wonderful. A family friendly hotel in peaceful atmosphere. Rooms r best. Food is good. Staff is polite and with gentle behavior. Manager Mr Arman is very cooperative. Hotel is approachable to main city & Gorakhnathji temple.

Hotel uma palace Gorakhpur is a very good hotel. The staff here is very good and experienced. The food here is very Tasty. Room was very clean. whenever I come to Gorakhpur again I will stay at hotel uma palace. Overall everything Good.

The staff is very helpful. Access had some difficulty due to road construction. The bathroom could have been a bit more spacious. Overall it was a good experience staying here

Completely Dissatisfied, AC not worked properly, Bugs on Bed sheet , when I go back to outside and come back to the room ,Toilet also not flushed after giving new room.
