The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and well-stocked with amenities. The service was excellent--staff members were always polite, professional, and quick to respond to requests. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The housekeeping team deserves special appreciation for their attention to detail. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and fresh towels and toiletries were provided on time. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. I highly recommend [Hotel Shivruun] for its excellent hospitality and top-notch service!" ---

Absolutely Unacceptable - They Entered My Room Without Notice! I have never experienced such an outrageous violation of privacy in my life. This so-called "hotel" is a complete disaster, and their staff have zero regard for guests' security or basic human decency. I was resting in my room when, without a knock or any warning, a staff member just walked in! No reason, no apology--just barged in like they owned the place. I was shocked and furious, but the front desk barely acknowledged the issue when I complained. Their excuse? "Oh, it must have been a mistake." A mistake? Entering a guest's private space without consent is beyond unacceptable. The room itself was filthy, the amenities were outdated, and the staff was either rude or completely incompetent. But all of that would have been tolerable if I at least felt safe. Instead, I spent the rest of my stay paranoid that someone else might walk in at any moment. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place unless you enjoy having strangers waltz into your room uninvited. I wish I could give this hotel zero stars.

Service is very poor, worst I will say. For Auditorium functions, dont go for this, as they charge high amount but very cheap decoration, they will promise to do everything and charge accordingly but the result they give is not as per that. Don't go for DJ as he starts to cry to windup at 6 pm. After that they do not provide DJ They food they give for tasting is good, but on the event day the taste is different and poor. Room service is extremely poor. They take 3 hrs for every order, just for coffee as well. The interiors in rooms is good but do not get trapped by that.

The location of hotel is good Cleaniness is good Parking area is also available But the staff is cheater They instantly close me booking on the counter as i booked and depanded me more than double the price of the room. The service is so horrible. I could see the guest coming to counter and kitchen to get utensils or even water. Food order was so late that it reached cold. Although they have not charged for the food but we have to sleep hungry. They were not having adequate number of utensils. And the only reason they had was that the mismanagement is done due to booking of banquet and our staff are busy there today. The receiptionist has put the headset of phone aside so that he may not get any call from the room. Customer at reception was sitting from last 3 hours for his work to be done. I was not even given the bill for my stay. Also they insisted for cash payment but i did with my credit card. I wish i could sue the hotel but its better to give a true review so that other may not face the same problem. It took staff 30 minutes to bring my room key 2 hours to bring food. It ruin my whole day.

I have stayed this place for 11 days and literally the stay was amazing. staff is overall cooperative and the restraunt food is delicious

Very baad and pathetic stay experience. Food was completely tasteless and burnt. Rooms were not clean at all. Atmosphere was completely filled with mosquitoes and very smelly.room service was also very poor , bed sheets were not clean and tidy. Bathrooms were disgusting, everywhere there were stains and just smell.

Little things in room need to modify... like cloth hangers in washroom... proper cutlery in room... small small things... but yes food was awesome like ur home. Loved their preparation.... But overall the stay was very good..
