Ashoka Hotel & Banquet Hall/Where Comfort Meets Luxury

This is a fairly new property but when you look into the rooms there is a sign of wear and tear. The cost which you pay for the rooms is not worth it. We booked 2 rooms in the month of December for 3 nights and had to check out after first night itself. Rooms were not ready at 4 in the evening on checkin day. After waiting for almost an hour, the rooms were still dirty. We had to call the housekeeping and show the dirt stains to get them clean. Biggest struggle was Hot water which the hotel claimed is available 24hrs. However it was intermittent. Imagine not hot water in peak winters. All in all i would not recommend this hotel for stay

I have booked a single room in 22-Jan-2025 and Room was ok. but need to be provide the facilities...Electric Kettle with tea bag. Breakfast with some more varieties. last one is staff also need to be polite. The behavior of the manager was Good.

Best hotel in Gorakhpur. The food was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful . The sandwich i had here was awesome. The sandwich was not in menu but Brijesh pandey made it for me and it was tasty as heaven . Whole staff was great and friendly . Had good experience in Gorakhpur specially in Ashoka hotel .

Really its so Beautiful time i speed here. All Stap are so honest and they take care of Guest.. Everything is very perfect and super ..cleaning and Food are also Delicious.

The Manager's is very arrogant n they doesn't seem to be bothered about customers satisfaction. Firstly the rooms are not clean - blankets r giving foul smell - with hair - Food marks Make my trip booking they are not accepting - Bathroom doors are not closing completely for the amount they are charging per night vs the service they provide I very mediocre .. It's better to see for an alternative place at Gorakhpur I don't know what's the name of manager but he sounded rude There is no option for 0 stars to rate this place

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was not only rude but also failed to honor prior discussions and commitments, which left us feeling misled and frustrated. While their paid reviews might paint a different picture, the reality is far from it. The service, location, and overall quality are absolutely subpar.

Food quality is very good and tasty. Hotel is clean and neat. Staff is very receptive and helpful. Service was quick with personal attention.

My experience at Ashoka Hotel was disappointing, primarily due to the behavior of the staff. While the hotel was clean, I had several complaints. One night, around 11 o'clock, someone repeatedly rang my room's bell and then left. I called the reception for assistance, but they were unhelpful, which was surprising for a 3-star hotel. Additionally, the breakfast in the morning was unsatisfactory, and the portions were insufficient. Overall, my experience was terrible, and I feel it was a waste of money.
