A good option to stay... Definitely preferred over other nearby hotels

Hotel is good, rooms and service is better than other nearby hotels. Food was nice but the breakfast buffet had a very limited options.

Very poor quality services and all staffs are very offensive in services.

Hotel JP Palace is a good hotel and they have a restaurant called zefran restaurant in JP Palace The 1.Food quality is 2.Ambiance is. Well cleaned and they also play calm music 3.Food Taste 4.Service 5.Staffs Prices of foods are high

Service is worst. We did a party there but food quality was not good, Not enough food for booked pack, crockery was inferior quality, wooden spoon provided. Overall Service was worst.

This hotel has no class. Forget about 3 star, it's not even eligible for any star rating. Extremely dirty and unhygienic rooms, linens and restaurant. Service is lethargic and poor. Management has "Chalta hai" attitude. There are no good hotels in Gonda. Better you stay at Lucknow or Ayodhya and travel this city instead of staying here.
